I have been using LW Locksmiths St Helens for many years now and I can honestly say that they are the best locksmith company in St Helens. They are always available to help when you need them, their prices are fair and reasonable, and the customer service is outstanding! On this occasion the handle on my front door had completely snapped off on the outside, luckily I was on the inside when it broke so was still able to open the door. Alan the locksmith came out right away and replaced my broken handle for a new one. He was a really nice guy and talked to me about the various door handles they had in stock before I chose. He even gave my front door an oil treatment, which is always handy as it has been neglected for some time now! Definitely recommend LW Locksmiths St Helens if you need any locksmith work done at home.
Fantastic service. Locked my car keys inside my Audi. We tried to open it with no luck. These guys showed up at the earliest opportunity and had it open in about 5 mins. Fast friendly service. Would highly recommend. Thanks again

Needed a locksmith to fix a patio door. I've used Alan before and once again a really courteous, swift service. A same day appointment was offered, but next day suited me better. Alan arrived bang on time and even put in a courtesy call in advance to check all was okay. Fault was quickly diagnosed and as a Customer i was given an informed choice as to whether to proceed with a repair or replacement. No pressure or false selling. Alan was respectful of the home environment whilst completing the work. Genuine, honest, reliable. Would definitley recommend.
Alan did the job at very short notice and during unsociable hours, when another locksmith had let us down at the last minute. He was quick and efficient but also very patient and discreet, as we simultaneously dealt with another issue. Alan provided a very reasonable quote for the job and actually charged us even less, when we concluded that one element wasn't the best solution after all. Highly recommended.
The lock on our UPVC back door was faulty so I called Alan and he diagnosed the problem over the phone. He turned up the next day exactly when he said he would and fitted a new lock at a very reasonable price. His after sales has been excellent too. I would highly recommend Alan to my friends and family.
Alan came round to fit new locks for us and was great. Very friendly and did the job quickly, without any fuss. Even put a temporary lock on as the ones we wanted were not available and then came back the next day to fit them. Would recommend him to anyone.
Needed a locksmith fast in St. Helens as I had lost my keys and was locked out. The locksmith arrive in half an hour, he was very polite and easy to talk to. The locksmith got me back in and changed the locks for me. I am very happy with my new locks as the old ones felt clunky. If you ever need a locksmith in St. Helens these are the guys to call.
Really good local Locksmith in St. Helens. I had a customer locked out in the St. Helens area that I couldn't attend myself so passed the work to L-W locksmiths St. Helens. My customer was very happy and said that the locksmith was very polite and had her in her home in no time.
