Last minute decision to have a break at lunch, had soup and a sandwich and was lovely. Lovely atmosphere really relaxing which was what I needed. One person serving didn't catch her name, think she was Polish, lovely waitress and really friendly. Find this place and eat here. Loved the smoked salmon salad for lunch. Tasty and beautifully presented. On the down side only two beers on tap, and only the house red wine available by the glass. Beer just ok, wine good. Go for the food.Food: 5/5
What a great pity that this gorgeous place did not get a mere muffin and coffee or cappuccino right. Walking in you think... oh yummy... but then they don't have soya milk. You take oat although it is not quite the same. The coffee is an excellent blend but the oat milk let's it down. You then ask for a snack and the lass hesitates... I say muffin... and she says ..let me check the fridge... and that is exactly what I get... a stodgy blueberry muffin out of the fridge unto my plate... pity. But, I persevere, ask a gentleman with a lovely accent for 2 sec in the microwave and some cream. Sadly, my muffin is still not the freshest. Come on people!! You have this excellent venue .. treat it well... you have the best coffee blend... use it well. We went mainly because we had seen that it was dog friendly, but the food was brilliant too! Close enought to Glasgow Green for you to park their, walk the dog round the park, then walk out to the restaurant. We went at lunch time, I ordered a pizza expecting a small thing but it was huge and really, really nice. Staff were so attentive and fortunately the could provide a box to take what I couldn't manage home, so it did for my dinner too! Will definitely be back
I just looove this place. Affordable and great taste and ambiance. Quite cozy place perfect for family and couples. I have been here on two occasions once for breakfast and the other for dinner. Ohh I love the chef. Best risotto I had in my life. Awesome bruschetta. Huge portions and Greta taste. Can’t recommend enough.
Great wee place wee hidden gem in the East end. Friendly staff, relaxed modern decor. A warm cozy vibrant place. Fantastic food menu very reasonably priced even on a la carte but the special money menu is great One of best cullen skink soup I have had Everyone of our company loved the meal Kindly boxed up what we had left as did not expect such big portions Great selection of drinks And live music on a monday Winner will be back
Absolutely delicious Italian place where the chef can adapt items to be gluten free, vegan etc. so it is safe for dietary requirements. The chef makes his own pizza dough and GF dough! and dishes are cooked fresh to order. Can’t wait to go back and see what the breakfasts are like! Really generous portion sizes too, and affordable prices.
This used to be a 5 star review but the last 4 times I've been there, they've gotten my order wrong and the price changes on a whim. Sometimes I pay £10 pounds sometimes I pay £18 for the exact same order. I'm just fed up getting the wrong order every single time. Plus the last time we were there one of owners was looking at every customer like he wanted to murder them. He was super rude and although other staff members apologised for his absolutely disgusting behaviour, it doesn't make it any less uncomfortable. I'm afraid I'm done with this place which is a shame but it's just too much hassle to have double check everything then wait another 30 minutes for it to be remade.
We all enjoyed our food. I thought the pizzas were a bit on the small side compared to city centre places. Skin on chips were excellent. Friendly staffFood: 4/5
