So far my experience has been absolutely fantastic with this branch, the Preston one didn't have the car I wanted and after a while of searching we found the car we wanted was actually available at the Aldershot branch. I got through to Brandon who answered all my questions very politely and efficiently even though I felt like a pain asking daft questions. I asked if me and my husband could talk it over and he had no issues, didn't pressure me and didn't make me feel bad. I called back after 15 minutes and we proceeded with going ahead with the car, he explained thoroughly how we could do the process over the phone/email as we live quite far away, he explained we could have it delivered, he will keep us updated every Friday on the progress. I have never bought a new car before only used, so Brandon has definitely made this a very pleasant and enjoyable experience and we are very excited to get our new car.
Great 5* service from the parts people at Garland, they went out of their way to assist me with a new Kodiaq Oil Filler cap!
So much better than other dealers closer to home. Worth the drive for attentive service and a human being who answered the phone actually inside the showroom. Friendly and not obsessed about completing CRM forms before I can be spoken to! Recommend.
We visited here a couple of times recently to look at and test drive a Skoda Karoq. We dealt with Gabby who has got to be the nicest and likeable car sales person we have ever met. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding of our needs. We are more than happy to recommend her if you are in the market for a new car.
I wanted to leave a revue for Garland Motors and, more specifically, for Alex. The service I received was exemplary. Excellent communications, going the extra mile to help out with queries and incribly efficient too. This is, bar none, the best ecperiece I have ever had buying a second hand car and, despite them being 90 miles from home, I will absolutely use them again.
