Lovely buying experience. Russell was friendly and helpful. Wide range of second hand vehicles and it was easy to find the perfect car. Took it for a test drive and picked it up the following week. Just be aware they only give one months dealer warranty this does not affect our legal rights or something to that effect. Have waited 3 months to post the review to see if any problems develop. So far so good
I had a great experience with Vauxhall for my M.O.T. I booked online easy and efficient followed up by a phone call and a reminder the day before which was appreciated. Arrived early on Saturday by 8am, and as promised my car was 1st, I only had to wait an hour, which I was happy to do. It was a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Tea/coffee facilities with a nice seating area.. All staff were friendly and engaging, fully explaining the work carried out. The video that was sent also showed a description of my cars Health Care check. I would highly recommend Vauxhall, it can only be 5*
We contacted through Autotrader and received a call back not long after to reserve the car and arrange for a test drive. The process was very friendly and easy from start to finish. The sales rep Peter seemed to have lots of experience in this industry and was a fantastic help. Highly recommend this dealership!
Freddie at Vauxhall Drive was great. Very helpful and professional. Made the car purchase very straightforward and explained the process and what other steps I needed to take etc so it all went smoothly. He provided a very fair trade in price for my old car and my new car was beautifully clean when I picked it up. Fingers crossed the car is as good as the service, but I have no doubt that if there is an issue Freddie would help it get sorted swiftly. Thank you Freddie.
Excellent service from Peter in sales who organised servicing, valeting and paperwork on a car which came into branch on Wednesday so I could drive it away on the Saturday. Well worth the 180 mile round trip. Peter assured me the car was in immaculate condition and he wasn’t wrong. Very happy with my purchase and the service received from Peter.
