It looks as though the only bad reviews for this product relate to the same dealership that 'applied' it.  This product does EXACTLY what it says on the tin, but by the looks of it, don't let car giant sell it to you, as it seems it is NOT applied as it should be, if at all...  When this product IS applied properly, it does what it says. fact.

Could not recommend GardX enough - excellent product, I will 100% have it on my future cars too!

Purchased car new three years ago and agreed to GardX treatment as part of the price negotiation. I have used the products supplied (in large zip bag) and it has kept paint finish in tip top condition - superb deep shine and very good water beading. The amount of product supplied does not appear to be very much considering the normal price so would say larger quantities of product supplied to customer as standard would be good. Also the zip bag is overkill - not really practical - nice gift box would be more appropriate and less expensive. So four stars from me - would have been 5 stars if I had more product supplied at car purchase time instead of the zip bag.

Useless product! Lasted 6 months then contacted GardX who said to use polish which did nothing. Called them again and said it was for one time use and to contact deanship. Car Giant said it's not down to them it's GardX. Wasted phone calls and speaking to a TOTAL SHABBY company and terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT TOTAL RIP OFF. £300 is day light Robbery

Please do not buy this product 1st time I rang there claims department they said it wasn’t covered. Total waste of money AGLAZE a much better product but  I was convinced to purchase Gardx  by BMW as it was their new partner. BMW don’t associate yourselves with a company like this.
