Insurance work if had a choice wound not use them ever again. Attention to detail poor. Paint job it's self was OK colour match was good Would advise to go look at the work before they deliver the vehicle back to you.

Our insurance company took our vehicle here after a collision. The damaged panel has been replaced/repaired and colour matched with the rest of the car very well. However, Communication wasn't great, we were finding out 3rd hand about the progress of repairs. All the bulbs in the "replacement" light were blown. This should really have been checked prior to us picking the car up. Reverse camera wasn't plugged back in after being removed. 3 of the 4 tyres were almost flat.

I recently had to take my car to the Emsworth unit for repairs after a crash.  They were very efficient, did a brilliant job and all the staff were very helpful and extremely polite given my level of stress at the time!  Thank you.Service:&nbsp;Body &amp; Trim

The workmanship was great,  but the 'over the phone' service side was more akin to a taxi office of the 90's. The finished product is whats important and very happy with that.

Awful Job, Awful experience, Awful customer service. Damaged my car, painted over mud, painted over rust, over spray over everything, only painted half the panel they agreed to paint as a whole. I rejected the work & they wanted £200 more to fix their mess. photos are of their second attempt. Finally car set on fire on way home from masking plastic stuck to exhaust. wanted £550 for 2 sill panels of what they called "insurance quality repair"

Insurance chose this garage. Emsworth branch. Work is fine but communication is absolutely shocking, the lady in reception is so rude. After not being updated that my vehicle was delayed from 3 days to 2 weeks in the end. Which is fine but not if I’m not informed! Received my vehicle back and it wouldn’t start, 45 mins after it had been driven to my home. I called the garage asking if it had needed to be jump started, they said no and then double checked with the driver who said it did need to be jump started. Why would you not tell me when you deliver the vehicle that you had to jump start? I could have left it running to charge the battery. The communication was atrocious and the hire car company said they received lack of updates from them as well, they were being provided with updates via myself. Awful.

I had my car repaired here, a fair bit of damage along the nearside, both doors, mirror, wheel etc. the whole process from start to finish was easy, very pleasant staff who kept me informed of the progress all the way through.  They made a superb job and i am really fussy about my cars One minor issue which the resolved immediately mirror cover not quite located properly.  I would highly recommend AD Williams Emsworth and personally feel that the small number of negative reviews is not representative of the standard of their work, I would definitely have my car repaired here again although i am not planning on crashing it any time soon
