I called specifically to ask for no salad in my wrap and after confirming they still sent me salad in the wrap. In fact there was more salad than anything else. Very disappointing.

Really good falagel box with salad. For a newly diagnosed Type 2 diabtetic person trying to choose healthier options this was a joy to find really tasty food. Will be back soon. Dietary restrictions: Good website that showed breakdown of energy and carbs of their menu in v clear format.
My go to lunch place, food is great if you get enough of it, portion size has been dropping recently. Updated 27th October, portion sizes have been slipping even further recently.
My favourite place in the City for falafel salad, however, the price increased by 50 pence at the beginning of 2022 and now has just increased another 75p - that's more than a 20% increase in less than 6 months! Paying over £7 for a salad is too much even in the City

Whilst I acknowledge the food is very good, I cannot say the same for the service. Today, I came in and ordered what I constantly order "Hummus Plate", to then be questioned by the server, "What is that?". Nevertheless, this is not the underlying issue I had. The issue I had is the rude and entitled lady serving who felt it was her duty to let everyone in the shop know that because I requested salad with my hummus plate she had to repeat out aloud "It's not something we do". When I stated that's perfectly fine I will take it how it is, she then insists "What do you want" to I reply "I am happy to pay extra" for which she then replies "Again, it's not something we do". I then realise the other employees and customers are now looking at me as the lady has now created an unprovoked scene of embarrassment towards me. She then states I can have salad eventually. As petty as this sounds, the nail in the coffin is when I say thank you to her she presents me with a dirty look coupled with a fake smile. If this lady is the manager/owner I suggest improving your overall attitude. Just because a customer requests an ad-hoc order which is "not something you do" does not mean you have to make your customer feel embarrassed in front of everyone else. Furthermore, I also suggest training your staff to ensure they are aware of all of the products you sell instead of making your customers look and feel stupid when your own employees do not know what is being requested.
