The greatest Chicken Shawarma & most delicious Falafel I have eaten ever ! It’s done Subway’ style, so you get to pick what you want / don’t want with it. Absolutely delicious. Small seating area is available outside as well. Will be back

Falafel is tasty and service is friendly. Not 5 stars as the Falafel is not made fresh to order and the bread was not warmed up. Taste was good.
Go to place in city centre for the excellent value and decent quality traditional falafel and shawarma.
I have eaten at quite a few Shawarma places around Jerusalem and I’m always looking for the most delicious. I read the reviews for this and most of them were really good so I tried it out and I was very pleased. It was a bit pricey but I’m not sure that it’s much more than any other place. The food was very good and the service was just fine. I would venture to say that it’s the best one around. If someone knows I’m better I’d like to check it out.
Quick service. Good falafel. Staff is patient when children place an order. Kid-friendliness: Staff is patient. When a child said the falafel balls were too hard, they were replaced with a new set at no extra cost. Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor

Poor service. They completely ignored me and took orders from Hebrew speakers first.
