Pretty much the same as all Game stores and certainly not any kind of outlet anymore. Same over priced games and staff that have no idea what they're doing. Only good thing is the games are there on the shelf to look through.

Went into the store and I bought a headset for the Xbox one and when I got home the audio sounded terrible, so I took it back and one of the staff tried to call me a liar saying there was nothing wrong with the headset and told to leave because there was nothing wrong with the headset. Wouldn’t recommend buying headsets from there. Also the customer service is terrible.

Normally fine. Sort of a regular. Just be careful when purchasing since they have a habit about going on about Game Pro service...if when told no.

Absolutely sub par service. A member of staff refuse to allow me to trade my Xbox in, pretty much because he couldn’t be bothered testing it. He asked me if it had been formatted and updated, I told him yes and he still wouldn’t let me trade it in. It wasn’t busy and there was an abundance off staff who didn’t appear to be doing anything. In my previous visits to this store the staff relentlessly offer the elite service even though I said no multiple times. I would genuinely avoid this store.

I found this a great walk round game shop for looking for presents for my other half. There are all kinds of games to get whether you're interested in new or old; fighting, platform or mmorpg. The staff are likeable but always look busy and the shop's toys are something to play around with while you're thinking of your purchase.
