Be careful when pre-oredering, Game seems to make it cheaper online on certain games/add ons and sadly you are only able to obtain in-store credit. The store manager there was very friendly and understanding of my issue. Thankfully the issue was resolved when I contacted customer support.

Shame the store manager had no power over being able to make the difference up as I was given £20 game credit which actually put game out of more money than if they allowed the store manager to just match the online price.

Terrible customer service from one particular shop assistant.   not at all helpful. Normally staff are really good.
