"Galw Gofal is a 24/7 Telecare and Out of Hours call monitoring centre offering a fully bilingual Welsh & English service to individuals and businesses requiring telecare device monitoring, or to monitor business calls outside of your normal business hours. We provide a service to many Councils, Housing Associations and private businesses and have most recently start to monitor car park barriers.We are a fully digitally enabled Alarm Receiving Centre ARC set up as a partnership between Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey Councils, and are open to take calls 24 hours a day, 365 days a year."
