Great service. Heathrow collection after summer holidays. Much much better than our local Wallington service.
Useless!! During the week, their cars are booked for school runs. If you managed to book in advance for a ride to the airport, they rushed you because of the school contracts. The app doesn't tell you, that their cabs are booked out and still take your money. The telephone customer service is rude and unaccommodating. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.
Used this Cab company several times now to travel to Heathrow Airport. Always on time with car big enough for needs and what I required. Polite drivers and a decent price. Easy booking service for people less technical. Very happy
Miserable driver. Wanted to go only about 6 bus stops away as other half disabled. Cost £6 gave him 10. Didn't even help with luggage or say thank you. BAD MANNERS
I used the cab service today. Absolute life savers ! I had called in late evening at a busy hour when another cab service had clearly declined any availability. Loved the service. Staff were so helpful. The text alert service stating that the cab is outside works wonders. Loved the overall experience. It was a wow for me. I'd use this service again at all times and would recommend it to everyone i know of. Keep doing what you are doing !
This company provided an excellent service. Good information about the pick up etc. Much cheaper than other taxi firms. The car was very clean. The driver Rohani was a very pleasant person. I would highly recommend Galpins.
Do not use unreliable and rude. Galpins cars just left me stranded at the airport at midnight. I booked the cab via they unreliable app when I was leaving at my departure airport and as the app was not working well I called them to confirm that they had the booking and that everything was in order. When I arrived at Gatwick I waited fir my cab but as I wasn’t hearing about it I called them. I was told that no can we’re coming to pick me up as my card was declined. I pointed out that the least they could do was to let me know in advance via text or voicemail and was told nah we don’t do that your card got declined. There is more than enough found on my card and I suspect as I did before leaving that they app is not working properly hence why I called last time I used them they actually charged me twice as their app wasn’t working well they eventually refunded. I tried to call them back and they put the phone on the desk and refuse to discuss any further. It absolutely appealing customer services. I won’t or any member of family or friends ever use their service again. And please Galpin cars check your tweeter too.
Very disappointed with this service - they are extremely unreliable and left my sister and her young family stranded at Heathrow airport! I emailed to arrange airport pick up for my sister's family. I followed the email up with a phone call and they confirmed they received the email. When my sister landed this evening there was no taxi to pick them up. When we called galpins cars they denied receiving an email! I am very angry and frustrated. Do not use this taxi service.
