The shop is how I remember it and still has the warmth you expect, what I don't expect is to be pushed into sales and consistently asked am I buying today. How vulgar and pushy, the older lady had no intention in showing myself and partner what we asked for but instead something totally different and wrong. I'm glad uttings is still an option... when spending hundreds of pound on cloths you want to know the shop it is coming from is respectable and of integrity especially towards its customers and how they may appear... I found this experience very disappointing and saddening to which I will not be going back I will go directly to A,P for future purchases or uttings...
Went in today as my wellies had broken and where under warranty had to take the day off work to do so and they where very helpful I couldn't asked for a better experience! Within about 3hours of me dropping them off they already had a replacement pair ready for me. I was expecting a 2-4 day turnaround but it was all done in the same morning. I would highly recommend gallyons to everyone great customer service and great products. Thank you, Rachael and Emma couldn't of asked for a better experience shopping with you!

Was here over the Christmas period, despite being on the younger side of the clientele, I was dealt with with the upmost respect, feeling like a welcomed and valued customer . Well stocked and requests met when asked. A fine establishment to have in lanes of Norwich, if you should need country attire or accessories then Gallyons is certainly the place to be!
After being recommended by a friend to visit Gallyons, I was certainly not disappointed by the amazing range of country clothing and footwear that they have to offer. Not only was the window display eye-catching, the staff were friendly, attentive and certainly knew their stuff! Have since been back a few times and always leave throughly satisfied by the amazing service I have received.
What a superb shop, and even more superb is Maxine who went the extra mile! What a credit to the company she is. Thank you so much for helping me chose my Fairfax and favour Regina boots. We Will highly recommend this fantastic shop.
would just like to leave a review thanking the team at Norwich in helping me find the perfect dog walking coat..excellent service, good product knowledge based on their own experience. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent range of styles for all budgets. also the dog was made to feel welcome as we spent a good 30 mins in the shop , she was also given bowls of water.. Just the say the shop also supported Norwich by giving us a free book of the town , which as first time visitors to the town, proved most helpful. Good customer service , excellent range of products, good product knowledge, friendly helpful staff, thoroughly recommended. pls feel free to use any part of this review how you see fit..
Fantastic customer service. Went out of their way to get my Wife’s present exchanged quickly after I chose the wrong size...polite friendly and look forward to shopping there again. Highly recommended.
What a hidden gem in the heart of Norwich. I bought myself a schoffel jacket and my partner some Fairfax and favor regina boots. The staff went the extra mile and I would recommend them to anyone. Five stars. Thankyou Gallyons for great service.... I will be back for Christmas shopping very soon.
