My son was in agony and Mr Hussein was gentle and patient. He discovered that my sons last dentist had made quite a mess of his teeth. He has corrected the previous damage and my son cannot recommend Mr Hussein enough. Also the dental nurse and reception were lovely to deal with. The surgery is also lovely to attend bright and modern.

Horrendous dentists caught out in a scam. For 3 appointments tell you you don't need a regular hygienist clean and polish to then claim that its now not at a nhs level so need to pay the private price for scale and polish.  Previous dentist in epworth did it every 6 months. In 15 years never needed anything extra. This place then wanted £80 . My teeth are really healthy but had started with a gum infection due to their incompetence of refusing normal nhs scale and polish.
Do yourself a favour and dont go here as will try to use a cancelled appointment as a reason for then declining to see you. 
BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE.  TOTALLY INCOMETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

My dentist was Mr.Hussain, he was very good and I  did not dread going to appointments like I did with my last dentist.

Arrived 5 minutes late for an appointment after getting stuck in traffic. Surgery had me down as 4.20pm but the email reminder they sent me said 4.25pm. I arrived 4.30pm. I was told if you're more than 10mins late you have to rebook. I was 5 minutes late and had to rebook because of their mess up with timings. It takes me 30mins to drive there. So that's 1 hour round trip wasted. Plus my new appointment is for almost a month away, for a new filling after having had toothache. Appalling.
