We recently joined this practice after having a bad experience at our former dental practice and we are so pleased we did. We have found this practice to be far superior in every way. Dentist and nurses are all very friendly and helpful and considerate, there was minimal waiting times and examinations were thorough with lots of advice, I was even given extra time for treatment on the day I attended to save me having to return on another day. All round a great service that I would highly recommend to others.

Really disappointed. I booked an appointment explaining that I was in a lot of pain and was surprised to be seen that day. They charge me £20.80 to tell me they couldn't do anything for 3 WEEKS! I can't eat, can't sleep. The receptionist and dentist couldn't care less... they were going home in 15 minutes!

Very friendly practice with an approachable, knowledgable and helpful team. Very impressed from my first visit to this dental surgery all the way through my recent treatment which spanned over a year in total (Invisalign). Helpful text/email updates so I don't miss appointments. Looking forward to booking a check-up appointment soon.

Dreadful Dentist. All they care about is making as much money as possible. Why i am upset and would never go back...Recently one of my old fillings fell out. So i phoned the dentist and was told that i would have to wait one week to be seen. On the day of the appointment i had to wait 30 minutes extra because the dentist was behind schedule. Then when i went into the dentists room he sat me down and within 5 seconds he said that i needed a new filling. However he could not do the filling in that appointment. I thought this was silly because i had booked the appointment to get the filling replaced. I was then told i would have to wait a further 3 weeks to get another appointment. However, i had to pay £20.80 for that appointment. I had to pay £20.80 for the dentist to confirm within 5 seconds that i need a new filling. How stupid!!!!!!! i already knew that. It became obvious that they are messing patients around to make as much money from them as they can. They have no regard for patients what so ever. One of the worst dentists i have ever been too.

I could not be happier with my treatment at Dee Kay Dental Practice. I am very nervous of the Dentist and needed a fair amount of work to be carried out, which involved extractions and a partial denture. This was extremely stressful for me, but I was reassured and felt totally at ease with all aspects of my treatment. I have had a partial denture fitted which included some front teeth and I can honestly say no one can tell that these teeth are not my own teeth. I feel fantastic and it has restored my confidence. I would not hesitate to recommend this surgery and will never be changing where I go. I had the most awful experience at another surgery in Scunthorpe, it was after reading the reviews of this surgery on the nhs website I booked an appointment, I am so pleased I did. Thank you very much to all at Dee Kay.
