Gail’s in queens park has indoos sitting and breakfast is again delicious as always. Perfect spot for a breakfast. Scrambbled eggs with avocado as side was very delicious. I really love this chain and this one is also perfect for service.Food: 5/5
This has been my home away from home for the past two weeks. The coffee and baked goods are always delicious, and the seating area is cozy. Everyone at the front has been incredibly kind. A special thanks to Sweety who has reminded me of that universal gift we call the kindness of strangers.Food: 5/5
This morning, I had the pleasure of visiting Gail's Bakery in Queen's Park, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The cozy ambiance immediately made me feel at home. I enjoyed a perfectly baked croissant, accompanied by a delicious coffee that was just the right balance of smooth and strong. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Their warm smiles and quick service made my morning start on a high note. If you're in the area and looking for a spot to enjoy some quality baked goods and coffee, I highly recommend Gail's Bakery. It’s a gem in Queen's Park!
One of the best Gails branches, usually full and with a queue but it’s well worth the wait. I may have ordered a cinnamon bun from time to time… Parking: There are several RingGo spaces around
Had takeaway coffees and pastries and everything was delicious! Particularly the cinnamon bun. Very busy but the queue moves quicklyFood: 5/5
I am a regular Gail’s lover and I went this morning to visit a friend and pop in at this bakery and is lovely the layout and the person in the till a tall team member make me feel so welcome offer me something with pistachio and look at my gorgeous coffee ! Could ask for more . Thanks for making my morning Kid-friendliness: Is very spacious and families can go freely Wheelchair accessibility: Yes counter is big then easy access
I visited this branch last week...got help from sweety regarding bakery products information and allergen advice as my son is allergic to sesame seeds. I can't foget her adorable smile while she was explaining to us. You made my day...in such a busy life no one has time to talk but you gave us the time. Coffee was amazing. Sweety you are star...will see you again soon..will recommend everyone....best ever coffee shop. the queen's park Gail's. Thanks Rajniben patel.
The pastries at this store are generally ok, and I’ve tried nearly all of them. However, I’m giving a 1-star rating due to the behavior of one employee. Over the past month, during several visits, I’ve encountered consistent rudeness from a staff member with red hair. His attitude has been unpleasant, which has significantly affected my overall experience with this branch of Gail’s.
Huge selections of pastries, cakes, bread & cookies. All looking great and enticing. But we would prefer the croissant to be warmed up but the lady at the counter unapologetically refused to do it. Coffee isnt so great, warm sufficiently but plain.
Awful experience today Sunday 15/9 at Gail's Queen's Park at around 16:00. I stood there patiently waiting infront of the counter waiting to be served, literally nobody behind me, they all saw me, still the girl serving food went to do other things instead of serving me, and still the redhead guy started letting people cut me in line to order food, and blatantly ignored me when I made a comment on it, until I finally lost my nerve and left. I've never been made to feel so insignificant and undesired in a place of business. Was it because I wasn't wearing a cashmere vest or something? I guess your staff seem to think its better for well-dressed rich patrons to cut in line while your local butcher awaits patiently trying to get some lunch. What an attitude. I can assure you all, every single one of MY customers down the road will hear about this. I don't expect much from your staff at the moment, but if anyone would like to do the right thing and apologize to me, I'm just at the butcher's a few meters away.
