DO NOT COME HERE!!! I’m a student and wanted my laptop fixed so I brand it in and was charged £40. The next day I get a message saying that my laptop is too new and they can’t fix it so I needed to pick it up. And when I asked for a refund of the £40 they refused to give me it. Saying the £40 took their time to find the pieces. Which I could do by going on eBay for free. But they refused to give me my money and so I was robbed £40 in the matter of hours.
I was facing issues with my HDD from past month. Went to gadgets fix and they did an amazing job. Got the quick diagnosis and fix. The best thing about Gadget fix is they prioritize students and fix your stuff at very reasonable prices. They will offer you long term solutions. They definitely know what they're doing. Must recommended for students
Gadgets fix did a very good job, however the communication was not great. We were told to pick up the laptop we needed updating the same day we handed it over. but we had to wait three days with zero head up, so had to keep nipping in and out of the shop. Other than that staff were lovely and laptops good.
Barry and Robert, class experience. Sold a phone I had, helped me out with sourcing a new case for my new phone. Very good service, if I have any problems moving forward tech wise I will be coming here. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough, 10/10 service and customer support.

Very professional and great service! They fixed the hinge joint of my headphones- I was very concerned because not many places fix headphones but they did an amazing job. I couldn’t recommend them more!
Partner's phone broke on the way up on a visit, thought he'd have to go without it for the whole trip. Thankfully, the wonderful duo managed to source the obscure part he needed, install it, and even drop it off for us at the restaurant we were dining at. Really, really great work.
TL:DR - Phone repaired for a good price, good customer service and given a loan phone during repairs. However, not a "speedy repair time" as advertised and the loan phone is an old phone. Whilst the customer service was good and they were happy to update me on the progress of my repairs when I called them, I waited up to 3-4 days for a full diagnosis and repair. I dropped my device off on Saturday afternoon around 1 pm and was told that I'd have a diagnosis by the end of the day, at the end of the day I come to check up on the diagnosis and they've only just begun working on my device. The next day I don't receive any update whatsoever as the shop was closed, despite online saying the shop is open 7 days a week. When Monday comes up, I'm told that they needed more time for diagnosis and repairs. Thankfully by Tuesday afternoon around 2:30 pm the repair had finally been completed. Whilst the customer service is good, the repair time should be improved as it wasn't really a "speedy repair" as they advertise.
I replaced my iphone screen. they provide high quality and original screen for £65. I appreciate that. this is the second time I come to them I recommend them.
Really fast and friendly service. My laptop was fixed within two hours. Taras is an amazing specialist. Overall had a great experience with this place, highly recommend!
