Great service! My MacBook pro started to have some issues and they were able fix them on the day, within a couple of hours. They also clean and serviced it!
Absolutely awful would not use ever again. Spent countless amounts of money at this place and still they have absolutely no sense of customer loyalty or good customer service. Had laptop screen fixed with them multiple times only for it to break each time. No warranty apparently and charge you a ridiculous fee of £40 simply to run a diagnostic.
Absolutely appalling service. Took in my Macbook for water damage repair, man did not call as promised so I called myself to receive feedback. The man told me it was water damaged, I said that I did not want to pay £50 to be told something I already knew as he could offer no further information. When I said this I was shouted at for about 20 minutes, he did not let me talk but called me rude and implied I was stupid. I did not shout back, but the man went on and on without listening, until he eventually hung up on me. I have never been treated like that by anyone, yet alone as a paying customer who was simply worried about an expensive possession. Do not use their services, I retrieved my laptop and ultimately paid £50 to be shouted at for 20 minutes. I am appalled that this is how a business would treat their customers.
Absolutely awful shop. Got my screen fixed here and the touch broke less than a month later - when I came in, I was told to come back 5 days later to speak to a manager, and when I came back the manager wasn't there. I was ensured that if I sent an email, he would call me but still haven't heard anything. avoid at all costs if you don't want your phone to break, not worth £70 at all.
Am sad to say that I feel that I have had appalling service from this shop. Initially, I had issues with three laptops. The person that dealt with me was very good: polite, competent and at a reasonable value. Since then, unfortunately, I have been in twice, was dealt with by another member of staff and the service that I received was in all respects in my view appalling. The customer service I found disgusting and nothing short of contempt, I felt hugely overcharged and in one respect the work was carried out with delays.
My MacBook completely died and Iman fixed it so it felt like brand new. He replaced the battery, cleaned the inside and put in a new hardrive, and he also managed to completely recover all my data and important files. The quote was a really good price that was lower than anywhere else. A complete life saver.
Had great service recently with this business - Iphone 5 battery replacement and Ipad 3 headphone jack replacement. Despite me having a diy background the feature size of the innards of apple kit is very small now and I wanted to access a reliable service provided by experienced staff. Prices were very reasonable as far as I can see - parts themselves are cheap but installation can be tricky. Hoping my fixes last but that is also kit dependant . Reccomended
DO NOT TRUST. Man said it would take a day, it took four. He replaced the charger port on my iphone 7 with a false part which broke shortly afterwards and damaged the speakers in the process. I took the phone to an official repair shop at home only to find out he had also damaged the mother board. Almost brand new iphone 7 down the drain.
Replaced battery in iPhone 6. Battery works fine, but they didn't stick it in place with adhesive tape like the original battery was and the battery now rattles around in the phone. Make sure you get them to do this! Sloppy service.
