Very poor website and set up and they don't operate at weekends. I'd stay clear, almost feel as though they are set up to get your personal details as with the customer service and setup it's like there's no one behind the wheel, anyway emailed them to cancel a policy I'm still unsure has been set up. I can always cancel with my bank if all else fails. Done through moneysupermarket as well, didn't think they used such rubbish services. Won't be using them either
It's been over 6 weeks and they are doing all they can can to not dealing with me. Only way to get through to them is phone. Slow service. They don't reply to emails. I've paid my £100 excess got told they would contact me 3 days ago. Phoned today they said they would send an email. They haven't. So now have to wait till Monday. Doubt they will contact me. Will be me making yet another phone call to sort this.
Seems more like a scam to me, they respond to your email once every 3 days, and not before. Therefore a conversation takes months. When taking out the policy it states £50 excess, once you claim it doubles to £100? Defiantly avoid I'm getting nowhere with my claim horrendous service.
Just got to say- I’m shocked at reviews! EXCELLENT service as always. Just made my second claim. First one was 2 years ago been a customer for 4 years . Both claims have been amazing. Just received new device back. Turnover less than one week. Claiming is super simple. Soon as excess is paid, passed on to claim handlers. Fully updated by email. No questions asked. I’d not use anyone else!! Fantastic service
I'm one of those people who doesn't trust others easily,I read about the bad reviews, and I thought people were exaggerating. But honestly evry bad complain its true,and I hav one as well. So much delay no response ,I may say do not trust them they may be fake.
Scammer. Paid over £150 for one year. Lost my phone claimed but no response. Sent them all the documents but still making excuses. Do not reply any email or update regarding claim. Totally dodgy website. Stay away from them. Scammer alert.
One star is generous. Been waiting over a month for a replacement phone. First the wrong model was ordered, then a damaged phone was sent. I have sent several emails, which have been ignored and have spent hours on the phone on hold, I am on hold right now and have been for 55 minutes. I have had to take two days off work to receive the delivery and have taken another day off as I have been told another phone will be sent, however I have yet to receive a confirmation email so I'm not confident that the phone has even been ordered. Stay well clear. I will be cancelling my policy asap. *edit* The phone did not arrive, they sent one out the next day and again it was faulty and unusable. I've spent a week sending emails and making phone calls and I'm still stuck with a phone that won't turn on.
1 Star is generous for starters. I cant even log into the online portal now and I'm now into the 4th week of waiting for them to fix my phone. They took 2 weeks to reply to 2 seperate emails asking trivial questions. Absolute con artists.
