I loved the experience at GA today. I thought all of the staff were very professional and kind. I also really liked the salon- I thought it was very smart and the music was nice. I am really happy with my haircut from Sara- my hair feels so much lighter. I felt Sara's experience really shined through- she knew exactly how to work with my hair. I have finally found my hairdresser in London after 4 years!! Today was my first visit to GA and the first time I met Marco. He was absolutely amazing and paid so much attention to what I wanted to achieve. Marco went out of his way to show me two styling techniques to enhance my curls. Serena is amazing, and the salon is lovely. I decided to shorten my hair for the first time in my life and Serena nailed it. She was super kind and gave me recommendations to make my hair look fuller while keeping it short. From hair wash to blow dry everything was perfect and calm. Fantastic first time experience at this GA branch. I had a special occasion blowdry with Serena and she was so knowledgeable, understanding and skilled!
