I want a refund!! Don’t go near this place Absolutely awful acrylic nail infill. Nails are bulbous and badly shaped. Shellac Nail varnish has the white flecks of the acrylic they filed down beforehand in it because they don’t even bother to properly take dust off your hands after shaping. I asked for matte top coat and bits of the non matte varnish are still visible. Also no cuticle work is done at all unless you book a seperate manicure. my middle finger on the right has either had a dent filed into the nail or the shellac is properly cured and has air trapped in it collapsing This venue does not care.
Gina was amazing! Her attention to detail was phenomenal and she took great care in using Biab for my nails as they were very brittle. She also got the nail art right and was efficient. She didn’t need the photo the whole time but I kept it up anyway. Also the pedicure was lovely. I highly recommend this place for nail art and care taken.
Horrible nails. They look like they’re taking off and my flights not till Monday. Who trained them, monkey with a computer?? Refused to refund me and take my nails off after as I wasn’t happy with my results even though throughout the process I kept telling him I’m not happy with the look. He kept reassuring and then later said I’m not allowed a refund as it is a waste of his time. Horrible people, horrible work, AVOID and go elsewhere!
I have been a customer for several years now. I have realised that this is the nail parlo3with best value for your money and very efficient staff. I have NEVER been disappointed with the results, no matter how busy they are. They offer Cash only service so please go prepared. The toilet is not the best and adjoined to a neighbouring tailoring shop. They do provide a clean sink and towels to wash your hands and clean drinking water.
I’m sorry but I’m not satisfying with the quality of the products and of the whole service. The nail polish is cheap and dry. It doesn’t cover the nails properly nor smoothly, one nail has clearly a hole and one other has bubbles, the nail is not painted nicely, even after trying to telling them… The guy was also leaving me with a wonky nail longer on the left side. I had to ask to fix it four times, and he still couldn’t make it straight. He was also getting pissed and I asked him courteously to fix it… At the end I asked for the file and I did it myself, lol. I’m sorry but I’m not coming back…
Did a great job on my nails and was good for me as they were able to do the manicure and pedicure at once so it only took about 30 mins in total. It did feel quite rushed and not the most relaxing experience ever. But if you are looking for a good finish and dont want to be out all day. This is a great choice.

Two days after getting my nails done, the Shellac started lifting. I went back, staff we VERY rude and tried to paint over them. When I asked for the nails to be redone, they accused me of picking the shellac off!
I’ve been going to California nail for 4 years now and I never left the salon once disappointed. They are all really good and what they do. However, I always like Alex to do my nails. He’s quite detailed and always perfect my coffin shaped nails. This will be my only nail salon while living in London. Very upset and disappointed with the service. The guy firstly chipped my natural nail, which was just the beginning. He then ran the machine over my finger and when i let him know he was very rude instead of apologising. He then took of my acrylic nail and did not put a new one on and did not fix it properly. He also charged me for a fake nail which he did not replace. The machine was also very dirty. Overall the place was just as disgusting as their attitude.
