Shocking experience!!! To describe in one word RUN..... I took my son for a haircut as barbers were closed in the area. The hairdresser had no idea what she was doing, but I reassured my self "how difficult can it be to put the hair cover on properly?", even 8 year old noticed that... I have clearly explained and shown what we would like... bare in mind a boy had a long hair and we asked to tidy up a bit at the top, literally not to touch....and a bit shorter around the ears and back areas... not big ask... A few minutes later a saw ALL THE FRONT HAIR WERE CUT TO THE SKIN... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LEFT!!! I anxiously said "what are you doing?" She replied "ah, I though that what you wanted"... You must be kidding me.... you just removed over a year old hair we were growing.... we just wanted to style and have a neat hair cut. Her hands dropped and she asked for help from the other assistant... but nothing could've been done at this point... they couldn't save as it was such a big damage done... after a 1.5hours I asked to leave him alone in half cut stage.... shocking state... I feel really sorry for my boy as he refuses to go to school like this as everyone will laugh at him.... I had to reassure that it is OK and in a couple of weeks we will try to have another haircut at barbers. I would never wish this experience to anyone, especially when your children involved!!!

I started doing yoga and regular facial treatment this year. I have benefited both on a physical and psychological sides. My friend recommended fusion salon to me. I love their facial treatments. Everyone says i look great. Well, I'm looking for a new hairstyle. I've had my current one for almost two and a half, three years now.. and it's time for a change. will use fusion again.

I wish I had looked at this page before visiting Fusion myself, I had a very similar experience to Tracy. Paid a lot of money to have highlight which turned out orange. I returned to expect sympathy and full apology and an offer to put the hair right, but what I had was an full interrogation of what had happened and questioned several times as to why I hadn't said I was unhappy at the time of the initial appointment. Eventually they agreed to recolour the hair and I was told I would have to pay, which I refused as I had alreday paid enough, the owner eventually agreed that they would sort the mess out with no payment..I couldn't even be bothered to tell them that I wasn't happy with the cut either as didn't want them hacking into my hair again. Once finished they barley towel dried my hair and refused to blow dry at first, then I told the girl I did not want to leave the salon with soaking wet hair she grudginly dried it off a bit, all the time looking at her boss with a scared look on her face as if she was going to get told off for doing it. I have never had such an experience at a hair salon in all my life!!! and I have been to a lot of places with varying standards but this place really do not know the meaning of customer service! Please think carefull before having highlights at this salon, the senior stylist with the skunk like hair is really very inexpereinced and her techniques are very dated. If however you want to have tiger stripes in your hair and pay for the privilege then Fusion is for you!!
