At first I wondered how a salon at such a great location can be completely empty on a saturday afternoon, I expected the place to be heaving. Now I know. Not only was I being put through an hour of being talked at, bigoted views, but my own intelligence was being questioned multiple times for not agreeing to the middle aged man and what he believed to be supreme knowledge. Customers should feel comfortable and not subtly attacked on a personal level. In the end it was a mediocre cut that was shockingly overpriced. I should have just walked out. Stop being so arrogant, middle aged man, you're driving customers away. And I advise you to refrain from taking the daily mail as your sole source of information, it really shows.

Went in for a regular wash, cut and dry- do not go here. Haircut was choppy and uneven at the front and back. Apparently ‘layers’ consists of cutting random sections of hair that left it 3 inches different in the front? I now have hair that is long and shockingly uneven at the front, shorter than the front across my shoulders and long and choppy at the back. After months it still hasn’t grown back properly. Has ruined my hair.
