I was blown away recently by excellent customer service! This is important to me and I get asked by a lot of businesses how they can improve it And my answer is always - first, LOOK AFTER YOUR PEOPLE And this experience was when it’s working! Jason & Mark at Furniture Village Middlebrook were fantastic! Friendly, helpful, respectful Gave us the space we needed and understood that we needed time to think about such a big purchase And we got the best bed EVER! On a wicked Black Friday deal! Cannot wait for my Harrison Spinks to be delivered Well done !
Every time i look the estimated date to Furniture Village is being pushed further and further back. Not acceptable for furniture ordered early September. No explanation offered when asked for.
Really difficult getting in touch. Get to caller #1 in queue just to end up at voice mail. Just pick up the phone, being playing phone call ping pong for 3 days now.
Does anyone actually work here?! I honestly don't understand how the aftersales can be this bad? I purchased products in December - the bed was delivered incomplete and after many calls, waiting in queues for over an hour to try and get through to someone or being cut off... We are told that the warehouse in Warrington will call us back within the week to arrange collecting the bed for a full refund to be processed. We have been waiting for this call for almost 8 weeks and each week we call and get the same response. This is unacceptable. Please contact me urgently to arrange collection so this outstanding issue can be resolved immediately. It's now beyond a joke, and the service - or should I say lack of... Is despicable.
Avoid like the plague. No way of contacting, despite 20+calls and leaving messages asking for call backs. I drove to the depot to be told everybody who could help has gone on there dinner, the full customer service team all at the same time, no problem I'll wait for them to return, to then be told they won't see you when they return and to leave my number for a call back. As I was very persistent I then managed to get somebody to call me and book in the delivery as I was stood outside. Absolute cowboy company would not recommend to anybody ever. Which is a shame as their salesman in White City was wonderful.
There seems to be no way of contacting Furniture Village Warrington! I have been trying to arrange delivery for 2 weeks after I was informed the items I had ordered online were in stock. Having received a call from Warrington originally that I missed, I have called back myself 20+ times and nobody has answered the phone. I have tried to speak with customer service, who palmed me back off to Warrington without letting me explain my issue. I understand times are hard at the moment but surely I shouldn't have to actively be chasing up delivery for my table and chairs that I've been informed are in stock.
No idea what happened to our table and chairs. Ordered back in October and no update since December, keep getting put through to Warrington depot which keeps hanging up. So disappointed this time with Furniture Village.
Absolutely horrific customer service . Should have received my delivery in June and am still waiting . Call furniture village every week to be promised a call back from a manager as they are always in a meeting wgen I call. I have not once had a call back.
Get a call saying furniture arrived at Warrington and I ask for an email with order and address details which I am told will be sent - it isn’t. Tried to ring this number direct , put in a call queue, then message says the message box of this number is full and I just get cut off. Pretty bad service !
It is literally impossible to get hold of the distribution centre. I missed a call both yesterday and today due to meetings, and began calling back less than an hour later both days, I have since tried in excess of 100 times for it to either ring out, go to voicemail, or get line busy. It's bad enough having the sofa as delayed as it was, but knowing the warehouse have received it and being unable to schedule a delivery is the icing on the cake.
