Crina has been providing exceptional sales and customer services to me for several years. She is calm, knowledgeable and is not pushy. The furniture is of great standard. The store has wider range and all staff are friendly. Had personalised shopping from the whole team. More than 5 star!!!
Been into this branch a few times now. I had difficulty deciding on sofas for our new home. After many visits and measuring countless times and going through colour options the staff were really patient and helped me finally decide. Can't wait to sit on my new sofa once it arrives. Coffee was a great touch since I spend ages there. Thanks to Philip once again
We have ordered several items from this store and today received one of the item as dining table and chairs, THANKS Liam and Phil at store for sorting our delivery. And last not least Michael, excellent delivery and assembly. We have few more items coming in December - hopefully it will be smooth as well. Philip Grant is brilliant! He's really friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Actually, all the staff at the Friern Barnet store are really helpful and knowledgeable but Philip is exceptional. We met him first when our son and daughter in-law were buying a sofa for their first home. Because of him, we have come back several times following this, in preference to going anywhere else. We brought a sofa for us today. In the near future we will need to buy another two sofas- because of the customer experience we have had at Friern Barnet Furniture Village- and in particular , Philip's customer service, we will come straight to Furniture Village.
Crina was very lovely and helpful at the store today. Helped me find the right mattress, mattress protector and duvet. Stayed extra after closing hours to complete the sale for us. Very happy with her customer service, will definitely be returning thanks to her.
Furniture village is the worst furniture store I have ever bought from. They manufacture and deliver poor quality items, which are then assembled in your home with significant issues. Their items aren’t worth even half of what you pay, and their customer service is shocking. They treat like idiots on the phone. Will never buy here again. Don’t bother responding to this furniture village polite review responder because it’s not worth my time or effort, I’ve had enough of dealing with you for a lifetime and you won’t help regardless because you’re all useless!!
Excellent experience at buying my new Sofa. Dharam and Liam were both patient and guided us through the process and made it very easy without putting any pressure to buy. I'm very happy we went there and found the perfect sofa for us!
I have been coming to Furniture Village as a returning customer, and wish to be only served by Nicole Williams. She creates an unforgettable experience and immediately puts you at ease. Her customer experience skills are top quality and I recommend her to anyone I know, who is purchasing furniture. Nicole truly is the best sales consultant at furniture village.
Went into furniture village Friern Barnet today to look at some beds. The staff were very helpful. Much better than other bed stores. The staff have great knowledge and really took the time to explain everything and helped me decide on my mattress which I'm looking forward to sleeping on. Sherjeel was very helpful and I would definitely recommend to shop here.
Revised review: Unfortunately, I need to revise my review to date. Similar to concerns voiced below, Furtniture Village has repeatedly not lived up to its promise on delivery dates and service. My sales sheet has an estimated delivery date of 4-6 weeks, which has passed by now. I’m getting no guarantee that the bed will even be delivered before Christmas - impacting our planning to re-unite with family. Worse: I have called in five times to be at least confirmed delivery, when the bed becomes available. Not a single time did staff follow up as they told me they would - that is, confirming with the factory about status or have Crina call me back Crina was our initial sales advisor. Deeply disappointed and can only say, be advised of uncertainty involved with shopping here. Initial review: We visited the Furniture Village yesterday to look for a bed fifth store in competition - ended up buying a bed + table and are so happy that we are coming back today to look for more. Thanks for the excellent customer service, patience and time taken to explain considerations, review options, and flexibility in servicing. We had a particularly excellent experience with Crina, who went above and beyond all our expectations in customer service, compared to other experience from practical to high-end Westminster-type shops. Highly recommend and can’t echo concerns raised in other reviews. We normally don’t post on Google, but do look at these reviews, and wanted to share our experience.
