Very satisfied customer. Omer who dealt with us was very helpful and professional. Furniture delivered and assembled on agreed date. Assembled by a team of 3 to a good standard. Good quality and looks very smart. Would recommend and shop there again.
Do not recommend. They are great when it comes to sales but have 0 after sales care. My 1.5 year old couch is broken and took them over 5 months to get back to me with a resolution. While I’m writing this they are still trying to solve the issue. The London store is permanently closed in Edmonton and because they weren’t answering my calls I had to drive 1 hour for them to give me a contact from turkey and they said turkey would be dealing with my issue. So I waited 5 months for nothing, and if I didn’t travel to the store I would have never known about this and now I’m lisaing with turkey Doğtaş to have my issue sorted.
Very bad quality sofa set paid £4600 for the set and it makes squeaky noises each time trying to sit on it. Ikea quality is even better for the fraction of the price.
Excellent customer service, warm and friendly sales personnel, and a high-quality product. The bunk bed was in stock and was delivered to us within a week. Both delivery and setup were free. Kids loved it. Thank you Dogtas Exclusive.
Sofa/Bed, Received today Wednesday the 1st of February 2023 at 14.30 hours. Great service although bit time taken for delivery, I was told by shop keeper that it will be manufactured abroad, that's why all time taken, Any how all received today and the delivery personnel assembled.. Hello everyone who think to buy any furniture from Dogtas please do not buy, very very poor quality, no after sale service at all and very expensive. We bougth a living room exclusive sofa set , around 9 months , so much noise squeak rattle we' ve started to hear and getting worse, and begore xmas we informed dogtas london also dogtas Turkiye no body give any solution, they only said we informed to head quarter of Turkiye Dogtas ... Do not buy anything . I have a furnutiture from Saloni , it has been 8 years , like a new no noise no tears or any issue with frame or trim fabric...
just received my sofa from this place, amazing customer service. extremely attentive and very professional
