Excellent customer service, various styles in store, warm and non intrusive staff, we were served by Costas who was extremely helpful in finding the desired sofa for our needs. We were happy with our purchase and decision. There's also time to grab a coffee and cookie (if there's any left). The management team is also very friendly and offered solution. Many thanks.

It was the first time for me at any furniture village store and i found the staff to be generally quite pleasant and polite however since leaving the store i have been shocked to discover how i have been taken advantage of. I saw an item here that i wanted to buy, the following day when i returned to purchase the item i was told that the price had gone up and they just didnt get round to changing the price tag- i found it quite bizarre that they would be so casual about a pricing mistake but nonetheless accepted it as human error.. they told me they would deduct a delivery charge even tho i was collecting the item in store- i wasnt too sure what the rationale behind that was, however i paid the extra money and left the store. 3 weeks later when we come to pick up the item we see that it is still being advertised as the discounted amount! The explanation we get is that things cannot legally be on sale all the time so they are basically taking items on and off all the time, so much so tht the staff cant keep up with changing of tags. If this truely is the case then this is clearly a questionable sales technique- to make customers think you are running sales all the time just to lure them in. It doesnt matter to me if the amount is tiny, under no circumstances should any customer be taken advantage of in this way. If you want customers to return you need to be honest and clear with your prices. Customer services confirmed the price as being discounted. I am shocked that the store would risk their reputation for the sake of making a few extra quid!

Nicolleti Power recliner failed after 10 hours of use! customer services are useless (Tatenda) all they have done is email manufacture and said it could be 10-15 days before i get a response... No idea why as my contract is with furniture village! If this is not resolved by next week I will be returning the whole £5k sofa

I have no idea why you are asking me for feedback!!!! It's been over 10days since my purchase and I was told it was in stock, I have yet to hear of a delivery date!
