My partner and I went in looking for a double bed. We saw one we liked and a guy called Paul, the stereotypical pushy sales person type pushed and pushed us to buy the bed. The bed we saw only had a king available and because we’d come for a double we didn’t know how the measurements would be in the room for a king. Nevertheless we went and bought the bed because we didn’t want to lose it as we were unable to reserve it and after being led to believe we could return it if it didn’t fit the room, Paul was insistent that we should buy the bed and after I said well we’ll bring it back if it’s not right he didn’t say otherwise. As thought, the beds measurements were not right for the room and I called up the next morning to cancel the delivery and ask for the refund only to be told that it is there policy not to issue a refund! I was fobbed off and told that I had to talk to Paul who didn’t return my calls so I had to keep ringing as apparently he was ‘busy’. Once I got through to Paul he was argumentative, snappy, spoke over me and said that I hadn’t said anything about returning it and that it was our problem that we’d got the wrong size. How can that be? We would not have spent hundreds of pounds on a bed that we weren’t sure would fit if we didn’t think we could get a refund on less than 24 hours later. Management said no refund would be issued because Paul had said I hadn’t explicitly asked about the refund policy, instead just said in passing to my partner well we can bring it back if it’s not right which apparently he didn’t hear. I would recommend you spend money elsewhere as this place will push you to buy an item, not tell you that they have a no refund policy on items bought in store. Very unhappy as we feel conned and lied to by the store in order to secure a sale.

Found this to nicer then expected. Friendly staff, not pushy but answered all the questions we needed to know. Vast choice to go through and reasonably priced

Excellent range of quality furniture with very friendly staff. Free cups of tea and coffee and dog friendly. Excellent service and quick delivery. Easy parking.

As we placed the order on 6th November and spending almost £4k we expected the order to go through fast and easy,how wrong we was!! Table and chairs was due about 15th November and turned up today 20th jan.we was also told that we will have everything in the next few weeks as we received most on 20th December.we spoke to many people that seemed to just push us aside and was happy with the money (cash) but wasn’t bothered after that.the only positive was the delivery guys (I think it was Roland) both very helpful.i was filling my house and was expecting to go back but definitely won’t bother neither will I recommend this company!!!!! Terrible!
