I can not praise this firm highly enough. We had old leather sofas, which we thought needed replacing. I found this firm by using Google and we decided to go for a repair. From the quote to the return of the sofas the process was pleasant and efficient. The quality of the work is outstanding! We now have fully repaired sofas at a fraction of the cost of new ones. We would highly recommend this team!

My damaged leather sofa has just been returned to me and it’s like new! My sofa was collected repaired and returned to me within a week, the quality of the repair is amazing and the customer service brilliant. Had a leather sofa that had damage to one of the back panels and a scratched seat. They advised what would be needed, matched and ordered the leather, and did the work. An excellent job and done very quickly. Can't praise them enough.

The service and quality of work here was outstanding. However, it seems Furniture Clinic no longer has a branch in Tipton. They refered me to another location, who said a similar repair to the one I had done before "would be uneconomic". Very disappointed.

i have never been here but i have had contact with them for a repair which was sent off by carrier. The lady that i spoke to was the nicest person, i think, i have ever spoke to. The repair was quick and an amazing job done!
