From entering the store , the staff were very helpful but not pushy . We were left to wander around and when we were ready to order everything was explained . The men who delivered the suite were very helpful , didn’t rush us even though it wasn’t the easiest job for them , so a big Thankyou to them . All in all the best experience I’ve had buying new furniture for a very long time .

This is a great shoo with beautiful furniture at reasonable prices. Great staff who really know there products and nothing is to much trouble . Highly recommend a visit

The salesman was very professional, friendly and answered any questions we had. We didn't feel pressured into anything and was left alone to browse before making a decision. Our suite was delivered very quickly and the delivery men were amazing. Super helpful, very friendly, helped move our old sofa out and put the new suite in place. We couldn't have asked for nicer people. Thank you furniture centre. We will definitely recommend you in future.

Once again excellent service  polite not pushy sales staff followed by very helpful and informative telephone conversation that culminated in a suitable purchase followed by a polite and  helpful delivery. We have shopped with you for a considerable time comforting to see nothing changes. Shall continue to recommend .

This is our second time purchasing from furniture centre.  Top class service from both Richard & John. Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful & most importantly, not pushy. Delivery was quick and hassle free with no issues.  Cannot recommend highly enough and would recommend anyone searching for stock items or handmade bespoke furniture tailored to your tastes to visit ASAP!

Dealt with this company a few times now and really pleased with the staff when looking around and with the purchases we have made. Just purchased 6 new dining room chairs and they are very good quality and reasonably priced. On delivery one chair had a mark on the wood and it was swapped with no problems whatsover. Better to deal with than a lot of the larger well known companies. They will get our trade again.

Great little furniture shop. Have to be honest that they have some pretty long waiting time before delivery, but after being in so many different shops we found such a beautiful bed here that we didn't mind waiting. Staff are really helpful and lots of 'extra' services with delivery, installation, removal of packaging etc.

Great products and excellent care from the staff

My wife and I recently moved house and needed to update our furniture so visited the Furniture quarter in Abington Northampton.  We were greeted by a very personable and enthusiastic sales assistant called Holly who spent time with us explaining about the different ranges and how lots of furniture and curtains and blinds were built and crafted in store.  She advised us they had a sister company in Kettering called Furniture centre with a larger showroom so we took a trip the following day.   The owner, Rich, is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about furniture and dealing with a independent family run business compared to the usual big corporate companies was a refreshing change.   So far we have bought various dining room and lounge pieces plus a bed which were all delivered personally by Rich who also helped with easy assembly.  The blinds and curtains have also been measured up and we cant wait to choose fabrics.  Fantastic service from a fantastic business

My furniture was delivered today by Martin & Jeremysorry if I have got the names wrong and they were brilliant, they got a big chair into my house with no problems, really friendly lovely guys.  All the team at the furniture centre have been exceptional. Thank you.
