A very handy store if you're in town, much easier for people to access via bus, rather than having to make a trip to an out of town retail park. Having reserved an item, paying and collecting it was very easy and quick. Another bonus nowadays is that you can have parcels delivered here too, so you can collect them too whilst you're in town, rather than making a separate trip to the post office, sorting office or parcel depot.
This place is ideal for anybody looking to get everything under one roof. Accompanied with the town centre, it has everything to offer! The rail and bus station on site makes it easy for everybody to visit. There's also a multistory car park above the shopping centre, which can be costly if you stay long. Despite that, there are alternative, competitive car parks.
Always helpful and friendly. perhaps if Andrea Budaiova stopped referring to everyone as stupid and black why is that even relevant unless you are making a racist point she would get better service.
Since the refurbishment and massive extension a few years ago, The Frenchgate Centre has gone from strength to strength. Great shopping and dining facilities. Plus excellent access for the disabled, including the Toilet facilities. You can have a great days shopping there and afterwards explore the many Pubs outside Frenchgate!
Good deals sometimes on the app the get delivered to our house staff at this store are nice and friendly the store is clean the company as a whole need to update those 1990 IBM touchscreens tho they are very very annoying to use our drs surgery has more up to date screens to book in!
This shopping centre contains a kfc, therefore I'm happy. Only gripe is that the kfc cue could be shorter at times, shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes to get me some chicken.
Court proceedings for miss sold goods agreement against LG and argos in motion BEWARE !!!!! To all LG customers bought a LG pk7 party speaker i bought the speaker its description is splash proof had it 4 months no were near water or rain used outside on nice days its a party speaker !!!!! taken in doors at night liquid has got into the speaker some how LG refuse to repair as they have stated not water proof yet its stated splash proof its not been near water yet they refuse to repair BEWARE !!!! Of this product.
Horrible staff.The black women she was so arogant to me.I've got reservation on today so I want to pay and pick up my thing.But they got problem with system so i cant pay with my argos gift card and this stupid lady just tell me i have to try online and i ask her can i come later?bec9use i cant pay with this card online, just in store ,but no she again just tell me i need to try buy online.She was so arogant..Maybe becouse if she see nice girl start to be angry
Very slow to be served. Staff having to ask too many questions. Surely when busy and short staffed they shouldn't have to push all these insurance cover and emails. I'm sure people would ask if they needed them.
from ordering to getting notification my item was ready to collect took no time , very fast service , would highly recommend
