First of all waited 25 mins for a pot of tea to arrive, then we had to ask for it and the cups came dirty!! Our food came 10 mins after our children’s food, when ours finally came, the salad was hot salad! One of our children had an apple in their food box, she took a bite into it and it was all brown, felt around the apple and it was all mush!!! 1st experience of coming and we won’t be hurrying back!

Shockingly bad experience. I booked afternoon tea for 4 for my daughter's birthday. In 40 minutes all we were served was a pot of tea on dirty cups and saucers. Other tables who had arrived after us were served food and drinks. We paid for our tea and left. Staff couldn't have cared less. Would never return!
