Great price for the kids, especially during the cost of living crisis. Food is very tasty and reasonably priced. My daughter loves it here and can't wait for her birthday party at Monkey House in June. Keep up the great work, all the staff I've been served by here are great.
We had a lovely play here. It was so clean, the cleanest I've seen a softplay. The staff are lovely and I love the under 3 bit. We had sausage butties which were lovely and it's not expensive compared to some in the local area.
Very well kept and maintained, clean!! Toilets smell of Bleach, tables aren't sticky, can always get a seat, reasonably priced I don't feel like I'm being robbed, food is good, we usually have breakfast or coffee and cake. Staff are always pleasent and helpful. Keep doing what you're doing

Went here for the first time today with my daughter and grandsons and I was very impressed. The food was absolutely delicious and not too expensive and the staff were lovely, would definately recommend and visit here again
Lovely atmosphere, safe and secure. Plenty for the children to do and inclusive of entertainer on certain days. Food is lovely and so are the staff. Prices very good, cheaper than most places locally. Would definitely recommend to parents looking for a play area.
Amazing place, had my daughters 4th Birthday party here, staff are lovely and friendly, nothing is too much trouble, everything was handled well and professionally. Personalised table reservation, birthday card and free drinks for mum and dad is a lovely touch. Stress free party all around!!
My grandaughter loved her time playing in monkey house i would certainly recommend this place to bring children
Recently had a party here. I was overcharged for 2 children which had paid for themselves, regardless of what staff are saying, there were still 2 plates not used - appart from by parents. There was one table for 8 reserved for a party of 20 children which meant the parents were all scattered and it was very bitty. The rudeness of the management has made me not want to book a partty of £150 again - think teice if you want to book here. The chidlren enjoyed themselves but the stress outweighed this.
The monkey house is got a really good soft play area. My child really enjoyed going here. The people that run it seem really nice and there's a lot of things to do there in the soft play area. The price is very reasonable and affordable.
