A nice place to be, good music too. The drinks are relatively cheap, the DJ did well too. Attended Jam rock with a couple of friends, good music heals the soul yeah. I am taking out one star because of the restrooms. I think they should be checked on more often while the club is in use.
WOULD RATE 0 IF I COULD. Don’t even bother, the bouncers send you away without even checking your ID in a scanner. They checked my ID and my blank account which is a huge breach of privacy may I add and still didn’t let me in. I wouldn’t even bother going in there as you’re probably going to get turned away and it isn’t worth the trek getting there I’ve also just found out that showing your bank details isn’t proof of ID and is therefore illegal They don’t even bother to pick up the phone when people are ringing
my friend lost her phone in this club at the weekend and we have all been trying to get it back since. we have contacted via email with no reply and instagram only to receive an automated response despite posting on their story. poor customer service and lack of effort from staff considering the urgency we displayed. it is now wednesday and it was lost in the early hours of sunday. she needs it asap and made that clear and still had no response. hope this inconvenience gets sorted and will not happen to others in the future.
Great club, good music and entertainment for all although it is a heavily stereotyped place. It's suitable for all genres of music and types of people. Open very late 6am Which makes it perfect for those wishing to stay out late. Opens at 8pm with some light entertainment and bar making it a very fun night out.
only been once, but didnt have a bad time. drinks are cheap. i was pleasantly surprised there were different rooms to choose from. Toilets were manky and only 1 had a lock on.
Love this place great atmosphere and everyone is very friendly. There isn't always enough staff and in a busy night you can be waiting upto 40minutes for a drink. Otherwise brilliant place
It's a great club to go, lots of decent music, plenty of space to socialise and dance. The staff are nice and friendly. Plenty of local parking, good links to the rest of the city center and close to public transport options.
Oh dear, what a joke. Ended up in fuel after a night out in Hull, maybe lasted about an hour and a half in there before I was escorted out by one of the bouncers. Apparently I matched the description of someone who was too drunk in there and was escorted out. Well sure I was drunk but it wasn't me, but no amount of talking to said bouncer made any difference. Stay away, awful place
