If I could give no stars I would. Impossible to speak to someone immediately on the phone. Days would go by without a reply usually by email. Just found out from my new accountant that I received a 4 figure rebate from HMRC in February 2022. No notification from FW at all Turns out it was an incorrect rebate which I now have to repay. FW showed little interest in me as a client despite being one of their first clients and referring work colleagues to them.
Frost Wiltshire have helped us with our holiday letting business for the last four or five years. They have been an absolute pleasure to deal with; combining a friendly, customer-focused manner with first class professional skills.
