I’ve been a client and used Dennis and Turnbull’s services for over 12 years and I’ve been extremely satisfied with their service. They have many friendly throughly trained staff to help. They also provide ‘extra mile service’ a term I’ve used to describe this. Because they have helped me adapt things in my business which has well made and saved me a lot of money. I feel supported and looked after by Dennis and Turnbull. I know they are very popular because in my industry I hear their name mentioned a lot but they treat me like I am priority which I think is a unique selling point. They respond to all my emails and phone calls straight away and always put me on teh phone to specialist if I ask. To me they are more than an accountings, I use them for advice and business development too. As a small business they have given me resources i could’t afford to pay individually myself. I think by reading this you know I’d recommend them!

I started using D & T to do my payroll having done it myself for 15 years (without any issues). I wanted to save myself some time by outsourcing the job but unfortunately it was a bad decision and the level of service I have experienced with Dennis and Turnbull has been appalling. They forgot to claim my employers allowance (worth £3,000), didn't submit the correct information regarding maternity pay for an employee resulting in HMRC believing I owed them money, and have been late in submitting information to my pension provider. 

Mistakes can happen and sometimes the way a company jumps into action and resolves the issues can restore your faith in them. Regrettably Dennis and Turnbull have failed at this as well. Normally I don't complain but the service I have experienced has been terrible and I am still having to chase them now for answers. They are a firm of accountants who I hope would advise you to keep on top of your bookkeeping issues. However, they have continued to take direct debit payments from me for their services every month but haven't sent me an invoice for over 4 months. I have repeatedly asked for one but still nothing. Unbelievable!

Great accountants, quick and friendly staff. Reliable and approachable for additional advice too. Great service even though I've never met them face to face. Would recommend.
