We only used the soft play area. It's got a reasonable amount of things to do and the price is fair. Staff are friendly. The cafe wasn't open so we brought our own food which was acceptable. My grandson who is 3 enjoyed it all and it wasn't too busy which is good when you want to play on everything. If it was busy I would say space would be cramped. It was clean and tidy.
Opening times not as described on their site. I have adjusted the costing so they are accurate. If you are joining this gym on the premise thay they are open at 6.30am daily then look elsewhere. It's due to staffing apparently and should be temporary though has been this way for 3+ months.nnGym itself is fine but as well equipped as others locally.
Really dissapointed with this sports centre. Initially, I thought the low prices reflected the cheap and cheerful standard of the gym, however a drastic price increase came without any warning. Upon requesting a refund, as per the 'direct debit guarentee' I am still waiting a month later. Atrocious customer service and impossible to speak with someone able to help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, it is over priced, poorly staffed and does not value customer satisfaction.
Every time I've been all three vending machines here are either lacking stock or out of order. I paid for a hot chocolate and a cup of coffee at 1.20p each and what I got was a cup of hot water. At least this time the changing rooms don't smell like a public toilet.
Staff are always friendly and helpful but the squash courts need some repairs and the lighting is not all working. Also, the changing rooms, esp the showers, need a deep clean. Changing room and shower temperatures are also a bit hit and miss. Have reported these issues on several occasions now.
