All the staff at this practice are professional, friendly and absolutely first class in every way. From the receptionists, nurses, health care assistants and doctors, everyone always makes me so welcome and comfortable, so much so that I feel as though I am the only patient they have to deal with.nThank you Beckington and Fromefield, I cannot praise you highly enough.
You may use this GP practice only if willing to die sooner. In 2016 practice failed to diagnose me illness lasting 8 month. Severe 3 month constant head pain was dragging me in to death bed and at the time was thinking on committing suicide to escape the pain. During some visit Dr Wooding shouted at me so hard I was afraid to be at the practice at the time. This was most disturbing customer experience stay in my memories for life. Until today practice haven't gave me any reasonable answer what was wrong with my health in 2016.nIn March 2021 called this practice for urgent help with enormous back pain slip disc issues which later traveled in to my left leg. Never had such powerful back pain before and tears wore running out of my eyes without even knowing it. Rang this practice for urgent help at 10am and not only I was contacted around 6pm only but also was refused medication delivery to my home and was given no other choice but walk my self to pick up prescribed medication in tremendous pain. Felt like being dragged in to another horror film. They told me over the phone: - People other customers are dying and no-one has time to solve my back pain issues.nDisorganised, misleading, unprofessional
Very sorry to have to write this, but this practice is the worst experience I've had from GP's.nnI'm still do not know what my ongoing illness is, it's almost impossible to get an appointment and if it was possible to get one, the thought of having to visit this practice again leaves one feeling more unwell.nnAs mentioned by some previous reviews, unfortunately the GP's can make you feel like you are wasting their time. The standard response from the the 3 GP's I've seen over the last 3 years is to stay in bed and rest. No blood test suggested, no other care possible it would seem, just stay in bed.nnThe only way I've had any engagement was after I wrote to the practice manager. I got an appointment but was then unable to to get a follow up appointment, they were simply not taking any appointments at that point. It was post lockdown so in theory at least this should have been possible.nnI do not know where I'm going to go to try to get some medical support but I have no wish to return to this practice as I will feel more unwell when I leave.nnOn a more positive note, the nurses at this practice have always been very helpful, friendly and professional.
I would like to thank the nurse who helped me with my recovery from a nasty wound to my leg.nLizzy Wallace is an amazing nurse, she is patient kind and always has a smile. When she had a tight schedule she never made me feel rushed. She looked after me for 6 months and always made me so welcome. She is a true professional !nI would like to wish her well in her career. thank you Lizzy !!
Amazing Doctors. My doctor helped me get diagnosed with 2 illnesses and supported me 100%.nSometimes difficult getting an appointment but hey its the NHS, they are at breaking point.nHave a little patience and faith.nNurses are fab. Receptionists are friendly and help as much as they can.nI must say, the best doctors are in that practice. They listen to every word you say, digest what's going on and make sure the correct treatment is given. I trust my doctor. Well done on being so good at what you do, day in, day out.
