We ordered a dress in January for a prom in July, called regularly to check on progress, were always assured that all was fine, then that they could not find the paperwork, then that it was waiting in customs, then that they could not find the paperwork, then finally that it would not be arriving in time. At no point in all this time did the shop contact us to explain the situation - we always had to call them. After complaining, we received a replacement dress in time, but with no discount. I do not recommend shopping here unless you are persistent, and are not bothered about the quality of customer service. The product is lovely, but it is not worth the hassle.
I took my daughter to have a look around, the young ladies that were working that day were amazing and very patient. The dresses they had were amazing and very reasonably priced....my daughter found one she loved and got it. It was just an amazing experience for me and my daughter that they gave us. Thank you so much.
When dress come it was a different shade of red ,different material and the gem pattern was different. The side panel was not in the right place ,not happy would the dress or the advance that they gave me. Was stuck as prom was around the corner . £350 for a dress that is not right and having to pay out more money to get it fixed. Would not recommend sadly.
What a wonderful find this shop was. Right from the first call we made to collecting the dress we were made to feel special. The girls in the shop where knowledgeable and really friendly and helped us pick the perfect dress. I can’t fault the team for all their hard work, in what I guess must be difficult times for any business. I can’t recommend them enough.
My mum, friend and I went to Amiees yesterday and we had such an amazing time shopping for ball gowns. There was so many choices and different styles of dresses which was perfect because we didn't know what we wanted. Amiee made it such a lovely experience for us, she made us feel very comfortable and she is great to get on with and is a great laugh! It made the experience so much better! We definitely will return!
Very friendly and helpful staff who make the girls feel special and give good advice. It's been a tricky year as dresses couldn't be ordered due to Covid, so everything has to be bought off-rack, but there was a good selection and my daughter came away feeling very happy with her choice. Thank you!
When I took the photo, in the evening, I was spellbound, what gorgeous gowns/dresses were showcased in the windows, feel like a million dollars ladies. Please book an appointment, NOW. thank you.
The staff have been so patient and amazing with me. I have visited 3 times and each time not known what I’m after and each time they have tried to help me and have not been pushy once or said something looked nice when didn’t. I’m so happy I’ve got my dress now from them and can’t thank the girls and Aimee enough for everything . There was a lot of choices and different options - my mum loved seeing others girls choose dream dresses too and having it so wasn’t just me really helped - highly recommend x
Made my transgender friend feel comfortable whilst trying on her prom dresses very friendly and reasonable prices for elegant dresses.
Went in the past weekend for a prom dress with my mum. Staff were lovely and helpful. However I found that though there be a large array of dresses the styles were quite limiting. Found that the changing 'cubicles' weren't that great didnt feel comfortable when changing. Found that the dresses are over priced and can easily be bought elsewhere for a more affordable price - whether on the sale rack or not. Probably wont go back unless really needed.
