I was worried they'd closed but they were just doing themselves up! Maria who went away for a while is back and she's great - bringing back the friendly in the name :
A fantastic bar, now it is back in the hands of its original owner Maria. She gave us a wonderful welcome, If like me you remember the Golden days of this bar,well they're back!!
We stayed with locals while visiting London and this was my favorite place they showed us. It is hidden away, but it is so pretty inside! The prices are as expected for drinks, friendly service, and great music. It's perfect for a night out with friends or a date. The decor is very unique and interesting!
Service is awful, only one person taking orders and constantly ignoring tables!
Definitely one of my favorite gay bars in London. Nice intimate space and a friendly crowd. The only thing that stops me from visiting more often is the music is in the same order from around 11-12 every time. I do miss some of the cheesy 90s pop that played before. But still a good time.
Been here a few times. Cosy bar with nice ambient lighting and decor. Most recent time there was a playlist of just Fleetwood Mac songs. Mix it up a bit! Drinks prices are to be expected. Bartender very nice.
Fun gay-ish cocktail bar. The cocktails are well made, the decor is camp and the music is mostly 70s and 80s era funk. There's also a fantastic shoes off seating area where you can put your feet up... if you get there early enough.
