A wonderful clinic. My golden retriever was unwell but the reasons were not obvious. Gila took a complete history and examined him thoroughly. Her manner was gentle and reassuring and my dog relaxed as if with an old friend. At this clinic you'll find a group of very special people who care about animals and make the decisions that are best for them. Thank you Gila and thank you Friars Moor. The staff are also very kind on the phone and go out of their way to help.
Couldn’t rate the team any higher here! Great customer service and brilliant with my dog. The practice has plenty of parking and lots of room in the waiting room for anxious dogs.

Unfortunately our hamster had to get put to sleep. Rian was so lovely about it and my 9 year old son received a card and some seeds to sprinkle on where Bubbles was buried. Such a thoughtful thing to do. They have also always been amazing with our dog he seems to now be bionic !!
The best vets around! All members of the team have been so kind and helpful. I've called the nurses for advice and they've listened and been so informative, the vets never make us feel rushed and were so patient with us when I first brought my rescue dog to them. The receptionists are lovely too - giving me plenty of reassurance when I was worried about my dog having to go inside by himself during Covid restrictions

Very good vets the reception team are welcoming and helpful and the vet was lovely with my mums dog who I'd taken in with a rash and flea problem he's all better now and a very happy chap. Well done to the team
I was only visiting the area with my dog, staying with my daughter and her partner. We had to unexpectedly see a vet. My daughter's dog is registered here. I rang to make an appointment and altho' they were fully booked, they rang up another branch where an appointment slot was available that day. Brilliant! The vet I saw was lovely and straight away diagnosed my dog's problem and prescribed treatment. Thankyou so much!
I have recently moved to the area and did my usual of checking reviews first before making a decision. Well I definitely made the right one. From registering, to my first appointment with Rhian I was treated extremely well. Jilly my little border cross was terrified of the vets having to be treated numerous times after been attacked by another dog a few years ago, but Rhian persevered and with lots of fuss and the help of some treats was rewarded with a wagging tail. Thank you all very much. Steph Turner
