Sue is an absolute gem! I came into the salon having received the worst haircut (and customer service) at a prominent barbers in town, and she worked with me during her lunch break to rescue my hair! Sue really listened to what I wanted and made sure that I was really happy with the outcome. You really couldn't ask for more, a cup of tea, great customer service and an excellent hair cut, I'll be back for sure!

Sue is a very talented professional, got a new hair cut and lovely highlights with no bleach or ammonia, can already see an overall improvement on the health of my hair which I intend to grow. So impressed. Sue really listens to your concerns and provides a thorough explanation of what's being done and what products are being used. Eco friendly salon, always welcomed with a smile and a drink. Sue has an amazing positive energy, so much fun to be around her.

Really friendly and caring service. Very thorough with my haircut and listened to what I wanted. I was never made to feel at all uncomfortable. Would highly recommend.

I cannot rate this salon highly enough. Sue is so welcoming, she is completely passionate and knowledgeable about hair, giving you 100% of her attention and time. 

I have been to many a hair dresser in my 23 years of life as I constantly change my colour and cut (I'm never happy with it). I am yet to find another salon in Norwich or even London (Where I have resided for 4 years) which has matched this service. 

All of the products used in FresHair are 100% organic products. This means that whilst you are getting your colour done there is NO SMELL WHAT SO EVER!!! Or if you just have a cut, you don't have to bear the stench of someone else's colour either! For the first time ever I enjoyed drinking my coffee without slurping up the stench of bleach or dye. 

I highly recommend this salon and Sue to any woman, man, boy or girl or parent wanting their child's hair cut - anyone is in safe and welcoming hands with Sue!
