My misses knows from experience here that the stuff they do is horrific and disgusting. I’m not qualified in hair and beauty so don’t know the correct terminology but basically they don’t clean tools between clients and the owners are really rude (I can back this up as been in myself) My misses did post a review not long ago (2-3 weeks ago) but they obviously didn’t like what they saw and got it removed. I hope this makes people think twice about going there whilst this is still up.

Disgusting place. It should be shut down! Tools aren’t cleaned properly! The products are contaminated (they scrapped the dead skin flakes into the product lids whilst removing hard skin during pedicure). The manager has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen! The list goes on!

Received a henna treatment by an Indian lady, looked nothing like the design and came off in 3 days... Went into the shop to make a complaint and have received nothing back?! Definately wouldn't recommend.

Had an appoint to have my nails done in the castle mall for 12.30 today. Shop is closed up. They have my mobile number but not even a call or text to cancel. Came all the way into the city just for this appointment. No communication. Very poor.

My experience from perfect eyebrows was lovely, I had my eyebrows done and she did them perfectly. I also had my nails done for the first time and they look beautiful. The staff are also very welcoming and friendly.
