I'm gluten intolerant, so I returned to Freckletons, however cafe was overly warm inside, noisy and after ordering a toasted cheese sandwich and vanilla shake I walked out disappointed, the tasted sandwich consisted of thick raw onions, three slices of toast and basically NO CHEESE and a side container of yeah, more onions and tomatoes which i did not ask for. The milkshake was overly sweet, as though someone threw in extra sugar, I could not finish it. They overly priced.
Great family run business, friendly staff good coffee and good menu options. Best place to get food or coffee in the mall.
In a table service restaurant or cafe, customers who choose to sit in your external seating area, should not be expected to pay upfront for meals because other people have previously left without paying. It shouldn't be policy to assume all customers will not pay once they have finished .
Lovely peppermint and candy cane hot chocolate. Unusual drink for Xmas specials. Nice and central in the mall. Nice wee Xmas treat after my last minute frazzled shopping. Attentive waitress, good at her job - Nice to see such a friendly, willing face compared to some places. Quality.

Selling a house from overseas during a pandemic initial enquiry in March 2020, listed in September, asking price offer accepted within a few weeks while I was effectively shut out of the UK for many months was a huge challenge that would have been impossible without the hugely professional support of Michael, Karl and the team. At every stage of the process, they were always keeping me in the loop and kept things ticking along, even when unforeseen problems appeared. My experience has been 100% positive and I would be happy to use them again.
A good wee' eatery with a nice simple but tasty range of food. Service was great. Staff we're also friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this for sure.
Food good but staff talk about customers when they are there and think nobody notices this is including owners very rude not be back
Been a regular at Freckleton's for years, went today for a meal, which included a side of fries, portion was an embarrassment, with a cost of £1.95, when I queried it, the Freckleton's staff couldn't give a monkey's, I won't be back in this place, it's a disgrace what they charge for what you get.
