Very poor Customer Service, distrusting of their Customers. Poor knowledge of luxury brands that they sell, ie Gucci and have had an item of jewellery for 7 plus weeks and unable to provide a repair date. Varied stories from Staff both at Bluewater Store and Head Office. This Company has an amazing amount of meetings as Paul Owen, Retail Manager can never be contacted. So much for supporting the brands as he describes in his interview in various publications. I did not want to rate this with any stars, but it would not let me post this without clicking at least one!!
