I have rented with Fraser Grant for 2 years and they have been absolutely fantastic. Any issue or query is handled swiftly and professionally, the staff are helpful and friendly and the properties were great. Without a doubt the best in Newcastle.

I will always recommend Fraser Grant when I hear somebody is looking to reside in Newcastle. I lived in one of their flats for about 2 years and it was a great experience - the property was incredible, with huge windows and plenty of space, and the staff were always very friendly and happy to help at any time. Ellen, in particular, consistently went above and beyond which was greatly appreciated by both myself and my former flatmate.

Couldn’t recommend Fraser Grant more highly. Always quick response, very reasonable and honest and quick to help us with any queries. Ellen and Andrew did a sterling job throughout our tenancy.  We recently moved out of the 8 bed property on Osborne Avenue which was such a great house. Huge rooms, large ceilings and very well furnished. Fraser Grant looked after us very well and as I’ve said I cannot recommend them enough, my only regret is I’m not in one of their properties this year!!  If you’re ever living in 28 Osborne Avenue then I’m very jealous and I hope you enjoy it as much as we did :

Fraser Grant have been excellent throughout this pandemic year. They were always responded within a day and did a great job of managing the property, which was a great help for the final year of university.  We had a couple of household appliances fridge/washing machine that needed replacing and they managed to find and replace these without any fuss.  They made both the moving in and out phase of the property much easier by being available as well as understanding.  I would highly recommend them and their great team.

Fraser Grant are perfect for students or professionals. Being a student and renting with various different agencies over 4 years, Fraser Grant have definitely been the best letting agency so far. Ellen and Andrew were great at communicating throughout our tenancy and always were a big help with any issues we had. Definitely recommend this agency to anyone. 10/10

Fraser Grant did not return ANY of the deposit despite the place being left as it was found. They kept making excuses and changing them as to why the deposit was not yet returned. When I spoke to them on the phone they were rude and dismissive. Needless to say, I will be taking legal action against them. I wrote to them asking for the deposit and they made a complaint to the police for harassment. So, asking for the stolen deposit to be returned is harassment? It is criminal that companies such as these steal money from innocent students who are struggling on student loans. Do not give your money to these people, you will not get it back!!!

Fraser Grant were very responsive to any issues I had whilst living in a property under their management. Ellen and Charles are great people who look out for their tenants. The flat itself was really good quality and value compared to most rental properties in Newcastle- especially compared to university accommodation.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Fraser Grant have been fantastic estate agents for us for the past two years. They are so responsive - any issue we reported, someone was sent over within hour.  It's so hard to find a reliable estate agents and Fraser Grant have been amazing. Would recommend to anyone, especially students!

Found Fraser Grant agents online through spare room after they advertised a room within a professional house share. Very swift and accommodating with the viewing and always prompt with my enquires. They knew I was a nurse so if viewings or work needed carried out within the house, they would be respectful and quiet if needed. Never had any issues with the house and things were always dealt with promptly. I stayed in the house for 2 years and it has honesty been the best renting experience for me, after living in the NE for over 5 and a half years solely renting. I would’ve stayed longer however I am planing to move abroad! Ellen has always been my go to and I can not credit her enough! Thank you for everything. Would recommend!

Fraser Grant are fantastic, all my needs whilst having a tenancy with them for 2years were met, the property I was in was immaculate. Ellen always replied to me quickly whenever I called or sent an email. Would 100% recommend and would return to them in future.
