Frankies in ashton in makerfield are the worst people ever I placed an order and they forgot 2 items so I called the takeaway and got nothing but abuse from the owner would not recommend to anyone the customer service is horrible and there was pieces of plastic in one of the items
I ordered food for delivery 2.5 miles away. ordered a garlic bread and Ben & jerrys ice cream. Food came after 1 hour 45 min. Worst experience ever. Garlic bread was cold. Call them and make sure they deliver on time if you are placing an order for delivery.
Absolutely shocking awful experience. Never knocked on door just left food on door step rang them to see we're my delivery was for them to say it's on your doorstep as we couldn't ring you. To then get a phone call about another order that then wasn't ours afterwards. Joke of a place this.
We ended up with someone else's delivery but didn't realise until after the driver had left. Phoned up to ask why we had something completely different to what we ordered wrong type of pizza but right size, childs meal instead of chicken pieces, missing fries & drinks and got told "that's what you ordered". Rang several times to try and get our actual order, but just got hung up on constantly. Won't use again.
Awful - food never turned up. Rang twice and assured it was on the way. Turns out their website is 'broken' and the order was never received although I got a confirmation email after I placed it. No accountability, apology or responsibility. Told to ' try and get a refund ' with no direction as to how. Website is still up and taking orders as I type. Worst service.
Worst food I have ever paid for , an hour and half late and the food was so cold. And when I complained the guy said “well when I sent it it was fresh”
1 hour 30 minutes after order contacted shop apparently delivery driver was waiting outside wich was lies , 2 hours 30 minutes later delivery driver called asked if location was off the moterway thought he was outside prior Lies ....... give me extra food and it was cold , the chicken smelt vile and they forgot the drinks ha ha ha what a joke won't be eating their again food is discusting imagine them having the cheek to re make the food 2.30 hours into the order so I'd have to wait even longer if you want cold smelly food Frankies is the place to be eeeeeeeeeeee
Very good service although I had,had a few drinks the staff were very patient food was very good highly recommended went about 00.30 on Thursday _ Friday morning thanks guys .
I rang up to order food round about 5:55pm this afternoon they answered the call to say that my food would be around about 45 minutes to half an hour but then I rang them back around about 6:49 pm to see where my food was and they said the driver would be around in 10 to 15 minutes so then I was waiting but my order still Hasn’t arrived so had to ring back around about 7:38 pm and they decided not to pick up the phone
Ordered food. Got sent to wrong address after telling them too ring us when there and the person paid for it leaving us with no food and they wouldn't take another order. Very aggressive on phone when trying to explain what they did wrong. Would never order from there again
