In the past I have  dined at the Buraq many times I found it to be a really good restaurant but after this mothers day they destroyed all the years of good work
We arrived at six thirty eight adults and two children after about half an hour the waitress took our order.
After two hours we had not even had our starter on asking what had happened to the food we got no where. 
I will point out that in the two and a half hours we sat there they probably served about thirty take aways.
On asking to speak to the management we was told he was to busy to speak to us i found this ignorent and verry annoying. 
Needless to say I won't be going back to the Buraq and that's a pity as it was so great in the past NOT ANY MORE.

Booked for Christmas dinner for 11 people it was excellent.  Food was amazing as always. Service was excellent  will definitely  book again for next Christmas.  Thank you to all

Been coming here for years but wont go again, took our mum and aunty for mothers day, waited over 2 hours without being served any food, asked to speak to manager but he was too busy, lots of takeaways going through door but no food for people in restaurant, in the end we left and got a mouth full from the ignorant manager, no apology just told it was busy night, waitreses did there best felt sorry for them taking all complaints, greedy managment should be ashamed, stick to fire snd spice round the cornor, much better value

Me and my best mate have been coming here every weekend for a pint and curry for the past few years and have never been disappointed. Everything is always spot on
