Last night myself and a friend decided to go to Frankie's for some post night out chips. Normally Frankie's is a nice experience with nice food. However not this time. We were served by a man wearing a man united t shirt who was incredibly rude to us. So we ordered our food and then the man continued to talk to us. He at first asked if me and my friend were sisters which wasn't that bad. He then proceeded to ask us if we were in a relationship which is a strange thing to ask a customer. He then asked me if I was pregnant which I personally felt was extremely rude and upsetting. I am not pregnant just to clarify. That is most certainly not the kind of thing that someone should be asking their customers. He then began asking us other strange questions. The man made us feel incredibly uncomfortable for the entire time we were there and it was horrible. Once we got our food we left and the food certainly did not live up to how nice Frankie's used to be.

Ordered food, man serving was very rude. They are new owners. Got home. Food is so greasy. There Is no Sign to mention it’s halaal, no certificate, had to ask. Also as I was leaving seen their 3 star rating. Won’t be going back again. Don’t recommend

The food isn't bad the range is good and the prices are ok. For Fish however I prefer Monni's

Consistency in quality varies but for one of few fish and chip shops in Swansea, it's your best late night bet in Uplands

Delivered fish and chips all crushed into one box. Rung up they apologised and said would deliver a replacement. Waited an hour and no sign of them. Took food back to takeaway for a refund where the arrogant staff all swarmed around me blaming me for the crushed mess. Got a refund eventually and a BAN from using them again.
