Now I hardly ever complain about food or service but seeing how bad this was I felt the need for the first time ever to leave a review. Service was shocking, we asked for high chair nothing provided, no cutlery provided after they took away my starter, ordered drinks which we finished and our table wasn't attended ever since until we asked for the bill, food was poor, barely warm and presentation clearly doesn't matter there. I'd of been better off eating at McDonalds. Shame because I've always like F&Bs but this has put me off for good. Avoid this place!!

Food was poor, staff seemed disinterested and eager for our party to leave so they could close up. Staff had to be prompted to bring us cutlery for our main and asked us if we wanted the bill before asking if we wanted puddings.

Staff we're amazing, food was amazing. This would have gotten 5 stars, but the starter I ordered was missing stuff from it.

Waitors were really friendly but food nowhere near usually high standards for Frankie and Benny's.

Been going to this branch for over ten years and today will be the last, the restaurant seems to have been going down hill past few visits and today was the final straw, food turned up bear enough cold and I found two hairs also on the plate, they have stopped doing the chili relish sauce so instead you get ketchup that's not even Heinz but is put in a Heinz bottle, very sly but not falling me I'm afraid, the staff are always different including management, so obviously can't keep either, they have always had music of the old days but had some modern dribble on today and I heard several other people talking about it too. The staff seemed miserable as well, and the final straw was a gentleman obviously friends with chef's went up to the food prep area and shock their hands and left but neither chef's washed their hands and proceeded to prepare customer's meals Mmmm nice hygiene. We won't be returning Frankie n Benny's such a shame it was a lovely place.
